| The entry welcomed you in with lavishly decorated lanterns on either side, and the glow of lit trees with spring blossoms. |
I was able to take a few photographs of the decor for our church Valentine's Day dinner party where the gym was transformed into a formal dining hall. The decorator was my mom and she owned her own wedding decor business for several years when I was a child, so this transformation was no new thing for her. But, her decorations were new and she wanted some pictures of them. So, I grabbed my camera a gave the decorations their own photoshoot.

As you can imagine, the decor is what really made this dinner feel special. I'm glad I not only got to help photograph this beautiful scene, but I also got to stay for the delicious dinner buffet and decadent dessert bar! Score!
